Toy master Nato Topuria lives in Tbilisi and graduated from the Tbilisi State Academy of Arts, Faculty of Sculpture. During her studies, the master worked on ceramics and graphic design. Creating toys is associated with her childhood. The special bond to creativity and activities of her parents and the memories and moments of childhood became the source of inspiration for her creativity. Also, the animated film Jiří Trnka - A Midsummer Night's Dream made a big impact, after which she started making toys as a hobby while still in school. This passion later became the main activity of the master. "Traditional crafts are an important part of our country or any other country, which creates culture, its character, and identity," said the master. The master makes toys both by hand and with a sewing machine. For the past six years, with the help of his Facebook page, her works have been of interest not only in Georgia but also abroad.
