N(N)LE Georgian Heritage Crafts Association announces the call for price proposals for the provision of event spaces for the Meetup for Social Enterprises in the framework of the project “Greenhouse for Social Innovators” taking place on April 1st, 2025. The event is implemented by Georgian Heritage Crafts Association in the framework of the EU funded program „EU4Youth phase III Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship”
The request for price proposal is implemented in the framework of the grant contract External Actions of the European Union - ENI/2021/423-431-01-0011)

Quantity of Participants: max. 60 people
The company should implement the following services:
Event Space Provision
Rental of a meeting hall for the event "Meetups with Social Enterprises" on April 1, 2025 which can accommodate max. 60 people. The service includes rental of the event space on March 31 ( for the preparation of spaces) and April 1st (for the actual event).
Technical Specifications of Spaces:
- Main hall - min. 70 sq.m area;
- Seating arrangement according to the so-called theatrical principle;
- Min. 3 additional spaces for masterclasses;
- Min. 2 tables in each room for masterclasses;
- Fast internet (wi-fi);
- Properly functioning heating and air conditioning system;
- Wireless microphone - min. one;
- Min. two projectors.
The service includes arranging tables and chairs at the location specified by the client. The client will inform the contractor in advance about the required number of tables and chairs.
Required Documentation:
- Completed price offer form, with price indicated in GEL (without VAT);
Selection Criteria
Received price proposals will be evaluated according to the following criteria:
- The lowest total amount for implementation of services;
- Suitability of additional event spaces for the masterclass format, including availability of shelves for product placement or material organization;
- Location in the central part of the city.
The price offer must be submitted no later than March 20, 2025, to the email address irina_mania@yahoo.com.

Other terms:
- The conditions of service will be defined in the agreement
- Payment terms will be defined based on the agreement
- The requested price proposal should not include VAT
The final results of the bidding will be announced no later then March 20th, 2025
